According to a recent investigation done by the Chicago Tribune, thousands of tickets issued through the city’s red light camera program were wrongfully charged. The report cites faulty equipment and human tinkering as the reason. Monday, a group of aldermen requested a hearing that would allow a refund to those who received tickets during this malfunction.
