The Confess Project is training barbers across the U.S. to give an affirmative, listening ear to Black men.

A national effort called The Confess Project is training barbers to support the mental health of Black men, including right here in Chicago.

Reset brings on the project founder and a mental health expert who specializes in therapy and wellness for Black men.
