It’s been a rough few months for the University of Illinois. The school’s chancellor and provost resigned amid an email scandal. There were also allegations from the players on the women’s basketball team of racial discrimination by coaches. More recently, the head football coach was fired amid allegations that he mishandled player injuries. And now, we have the details of a $6-million civil rights lawsuit filed by a former postdoctoral student.
