While much of the nation has suffered through one particularly punishing winter, Chicagoans also face punishing summers. Does this make us the toughest weather city in the nation? Producer Monica Eng investigated this issue talking to meteorologists and crunching data and she makes a strong argument that we are indeed the toughest, with Minneapolis nipping at our heels.
