On this installment of the Barber Shop Show, we got an update on the struggle in South Shore to fill their vacant Dominick’s store. For that, we heard from: • Allen R. Sanderson, Senior Lecturer in Economics at the University of Chicago. More films and TV shows are being produced entirely in Chicago. That means more screen time for the City of Big Shoulders, as well as more jobs. On this installment, we also heard about a program that will train Chicagoans to work in the quickly growing local film industry (especially minorities).
