Bars Celebrate A Happy Hour As Illinois Reopens

A weekend in the 90’s as the state lifts restrictions on capacity limits and social distancing meant a lot of people were out enjoying themselves. Bars had to pivot during the pandemic and now they’re preparing for what could be a very happy hour when the state finally fully reopens this Friday.
