Nigeria will hold presidential elections on February 14th but more than a million Nigerians have been displaced due to the fighting against the Islamist group Boko Haram. The National Electoral Commission has voiced concern that they’ll be unable to vote- Nigeria requires voters to cast their ballots in the city where they’ve registered. Security has been a major issue on the campaign trail.
