Since Congress hasn’t taken the lead on gun control legislation, states have stepped in. The Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence and the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence have released the “2013 State Scorecard: Why Guns Laws Matter”, which grades states’ gun laws.
