Canadian Philosopher Weighs In On U.S. Presidential Race

Donald’s Trump’s promises to “make America great again” and his comments on immigration, “law and order” and social welfare, have not only stirred discussion within the United States but also amongst our neighbors to the north.

A Canadian ad agency has launched a campaign called “Let’s Tell America It’s Great,” which encourages Canadians to make videos of themselves telling America why it’s already a great country. 


How are Canadians viewing their neighboring country’s election? David Goa, a philosopher and founding director emeritus of the Chester Ronning Centre for the Study of Religion and Public Life at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, weighs in.
