WBEZ film contributor Milos Stehlik says this year’s Cannes Film Festival is underwhelming. Today, he highlights a few films that stood out to him, including a French film about the Armenian genocide and a film from the director of last year’s very dark “A Touch of Sin.” He also fill us in on the controversy over the festival’s decision to identify director Hou Hsiao-Hsien as Chinese instead of Taiwanese.
