Taste of the Nation returns to Chicago this Wednesday with a huge blowout at Navy Pier’s Grand Ballroom. The idea is that they have some of Chicago’s best chefs cook food for you. It’s all to benefit Share Our Strength, which is a group that takes on childhood hunger. They’ve raised (nearly) $3 million for the cause since 1988.
Tickets are pretty expensive. Do you want to go? WBEZ has a few pairs of tickets to giveaway and since Dolinsky has moved on, I thought I’d give them away right here. I know it’s probably weird to get free tickets to a charity event, but get em and then buy two extra raffle tickets. There. Clear conscience.
But I can’t just give them away to the first person to comment. It’s gotta be bigger than that, right? So usually I give away Car Talk mugs for my caption contests, but this seems like a better prize. This post is giving away ONE pair of tickets (two tickets).
