From radio host to goat meat farmer.

Yes, that’s right folks. After a lifetime in Chicago and 28 years at WBEZ, beloved Morning Shift host Tony Sarabia is stepping away from the mic and onto his own goat farm in Iowa.

His bible for this new adventure is a book called Storey’s Guide to Raising Meat Goats by Maggie Sayer.

But the producers of the Morning Shift wanted to make sure he had a chance to tap the knowledge of one of the foremost local experts on goat as well.

Tony talks with Stephanie Izard, chef and owner of Girl and the Goat, Little Goat, Duck, Duck, Goat and starting in April, her newest restaurant, Cabra.
