Chef duo Beverly Kim and Johnny Clark opened Chicago’s Parachute restaurant in the Avondale neighborhood five years ago.
Since the restaurant opened, Parachute has received national attention and held on to a coveted Michelin Star for four years. Most recently, Kim and Clark received the James Beard Award for “Best Chefs Great Lakes.”
The chef duo, along with their 2-week-old son Bowie, join the Morning Shift to talk about their career and to announce the opening of a new restaurant a block away from Parachute.
