The fall-out over the Flint Michigan water crisis continues. Here’s the backstory: for nearly two years some residents have been exposed to toxic waste levels more than 10 times higher than the EPA limit, leading to lead-contaminated drinking water across the city. People outside of Flint have been lending a helping hand. Chicago firefighter Eric Washington is one of them. He’s collecting cases of bottled water to send to Flint. He tells us more about his effort.
