The top office at the Chicago Housing Authority has had somewhat of a revolving door since Mayor Emanuel’s been in office. The fourth person to head up the agency started in early June. His name is Eugene Jones and he’s got extensive experience working in the public housing sector; his last post was head of Toronto Community Housing, the second largest public housing agency in North America. Jones addresses his plans for CHA and the biggest challenges facing the agency and its clients.
