Chicago Is Two Days Away From Possible Triple Strike

Chicago’s public school teachers are gearing up for a possible teachers strike this Thursday, and they’re not alone.

Members of the Chicago Teachers Union marched alongside the Service Employees International Union and Chicago Park District employees Monday night during a downtown rally. Negotiators were at the bargaining table late into the evening.

WBEZ’s Sarah Karp joins Reset with the latest on a possible CTU, Park District and SEIU joint strike. SEIU Local 73 President Dian Palmer also phones in to explain the union’s demands.
