The Chicago Police Department’s foot pursuit policy is under fire for another fatal shooting. Police shot and killed 22 year-old Anthony Alvarez in the northwest Portage Park neighborhood on March 31st, two days after police fatally shot 13 year-old Adam Toledo in the Little Village neighborhood.
