The Chicago Reader is hosting their first annual Key Ingredient Cook Off on Friday, May 3. Local chefs challenge one another to come up with an innovative dish using a key ingredient and document the process for the Chicago Reader.The key ingredient for this challenge? The notoriously “acquired taste” Malort.
