The city of Chicago is holding a karaoke contest. We talked to some of the brave singers who took the stage in the first round.
Chicago will soon crown its first Karaoke Champion. For weeks, the city has been running an amateur singing competition, at bars and restaurants. WBEZ producer Lauren Frost visited some of the preliminary rounds. She talked to the judges, the audience, and some very gutsy vocalists.
