On Thursday, community leaders in Chinatown greenlighted that community’s first-ever comprehensive plan to thrive in the decades to come. The Chinatown Community Vision Plan was two years in the making, and goes well beyond just recommending more bike lanes or better street lighting. It also recommends ways to bring up the education and workforce opportunities for residents in that area.
