City Announces Second Round Of ‘Invest South/West’ Development Sites

Mayor Lori Lightfoot has allocated $750 million in public funding to help revitalize commercial corridors on the South and West sides.

Four sites in Bronzeville, North Lawndale, New City and South Chicago have been selected as targets for redevelopment under a city program designed to bring economic opportunities to the South and West sides.
