The City of Chicago is ramping up efforts to stop drivers from parking in bike lanes. It’s now part of the daily routine for patrol staff. So far this year, the city has issued 440 tickets to drivers illegally parked there. The Department of Finance is also monitoring 311 complaints to increase targeted enforcement.
