The Colombian government has suspended peace talks with the leftist guerrilla group FARC after the kidnapping of an army General. Gimena Sanchez of the Washington Office on Latin America joins us to explain what this means for the peace process. And, this week the U.S. showed it was serious about helping developing countries with a three billion dollar contribution to the Green Climate Fund.
