The dirt-poor kid from Harvey Illinois made history when he became half of the first black/white comedy duo with Tim Reid. He went on to make hundreds of appearances on Carson and Letterman, and toured the country opening for Sinatra for 13 years. Called a “pro’s pro” by those in the know, he’s also universally recognized as one of the most charitable people in showbiz. Tom’s back in town this weekend to crack up audiences and spin yarns about his nights hanging out with Frank, Dean, Sammy, and others at the Laugh Factory’s first ever Rat Pack Weekend, 8pm Friday and Saturday.
