Father Michael Pfleger and other community members want to see changes to the Chicago police union contract following a number of police-use-of-force incidents.
Pfleger says the contract protects bad cops and does little to promote accountability. He says there needs to be some kind of community representation at contract negotiations.
The Police Benevolent and Protective Association says the community is already represented since contracts need city council approval.
