For the past several years, Chicago’s Howard Brown Health Center has developed a new and comprehensive sex education curriculum. The lessons focus on condom use and HIV prevention. They put teens upfront and emphasize role playing. Howard Brown hopes that ten of Chicago Public Schools will benefit, free of charge. Joe Hollendoner, the director of the Broadway Youth Center, describes the project.
