Cook County Hospital closed in 2002 and is included on the National Register of Historic Places. As the building has been sitting vacant for more than a decade, county officials are taking a stab at future uses for the building. The Bureau of Economic Development and the Chicago Architecture Foundation are hosting a public hearing Tuesday night to gather input from the public. We learn more about some of the ideas put forth.
