The Chicago Transit Authority unveiled plans to revamp the red and purple lines, hopefully speeding up bottlenecked trains on Chicago’s North Side. Another part of the plan includes extending the red line south past 95th street, a project residents have been anxious to see happen. CTA’s Brian Steele details these plans, and what it will all mean for riders.
