The Chicago Cubs go in front of the Commission on Chicago Landmarks to lay out new plans for the stadium. The team is hoping to add new billboard signs in the outfield and other changes to the vicinity. Neighbors are crying foul on what they say are constant requests for changes. Alderman Tom Tunney voiced opposition of the changes also.
