Delegates from 200 governments around the world have been in Lima, Peru for the past two weeks for the Climate Change conference. Negotiators are attempting to lock in an agreement to curb carbon emissions. Jack Cushman of Inside Climate News has been at the conference and joins us to tell us about the successes and hold-ups of this round of climate meetings.
