In June, the FBI raided the Des Plaines-based charter school network, Concept Schools. The raid included three schools in Chicago, and others across the state in what the agency says was a search for evidence of “white collar crime.” The details of that alleged crime have been kept under wraps until the Chicago Sun-Times reported Tuesday on some of the actions outlined in the FBI’s documents.
