Cobra Lounge on Chicago’s near west side is known as a rockbar. But five years ago, classic soul took over Cobra on Thursday nights. They called it Dusty Grooves, and it grew into a destination dance party with people crammed to the rafters. This Thursday is the final “Dusty Grooves.” They’re going out while they’re still on top.
