Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and President Barack Obama will be heading to Mexico this week. They’re scheduled to meet with Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto for the North American Leaders’ Summit, which comes off the 20th anniversary of the NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement.
