LIFT-Foundation works with poor children in India, especially girls and those in lower castes, like the Dalits. They provide education to orphaned children and the disabled, and work to prevent child marriage. Their work is the subject of a new documentary, “Our Lift: From Hardship to Hope.” We’ll talk with LIFT Founder, Fr. Jamels James and the film’s creator, Kathleen Quinn.
