A federal judge in Chicago Monday is scheduled to sentence a 59-year-old Mexican accused of coordinating logistics for the world’s biggest drug cartel. The case relies on twin brothers with roots in the city’s Pilsen and Little Village neighborhoods. Those twins admit to using Chicago as a hub for shipping cocaine to several U.S. and Canadian cities. And they claim this Mexican man supplied them with tons of the product.
