European nations lack common policy on refugee and asylum seekers

Earlier this month Greece said it was slipping into a “danger zone” because of the influx of refugees fleeing the conflict in Syria and Iraq. While the U.S. and its coalition partners target the militant group ISIS, migrants have continued to seek refuge in Europe. But the EU still does not have a cohesive policy for refugees and asylum seekers. Sweden has taken more Syrian refugees than any other European nation. Denmark recently decided to tighten its policies. We’ll take a look at how Europe is dealing with the growing refugee problem with Elizabeth Collett, director of Migration Policy Institute Europe.
