Chicago’s very own Jabari Parker announced that his college career at Duke is ending. He’s making himself available for the NBA draft. Parker is just the latest in the line of players that are known as “one and done”-one year of college, then off to the pros. But female college athletes don’t have that opportunity. Why not?
