Metropolis Coffee Company is the largest fair-trade coffee roaster in Illinois. The company was founded in 2003 by father-son duo Jeff and Tony Dreyfuss with a mission to build a community around coffee. Now, 18 years later, its roastery produces more than a million pounds of coffee each year.
