The last time chef Iliana Regan joined us was just weeks before she opened her restaurant Elizabeth. A little more than two years later, serving what she calls New Gatherer cuisine, Regan has won a long list of awards, including a Michelin star, a James Beard nomination, and on Wednesday a new award will be announced. But she’s not resting on her laurels, nor even content with just one restaurant. Regan’s Kickstarter for a new micro-bakery and pop up project has already been funded but a few unique rewards, like frog gigging and foraging still remain.
