Bob Quinn was the son of a conventional wheat farmer in Montana. Bob farmed that way himself, and he expected that his kids would do the same. That is until he started growing organic and ancient wheat grains.Bob realized these grains had the potential to protect the Earth, improve health, and restore jobs to rural areas.So he wrote a book called Grain by Grain. Worldview Food and Health contributor Monica Eng spoke to him about it.
