Seattle chef Renee Erickson owns some of that city’s most beloved restaurants, plus an oyster truck called Narwahl. She’s the author of a new cookbook, her first book, A Boat, a Whale & a Walrus: Menus and Stories. Erickson is in town and she joins us in studio now to chat about her food, and Seattle’s new $15 minimum wage law which took effect yesterday.
