Immigrant populations to the United States have shaped our local cuisines in unique ways. A recent Yelp and Huffington Post collaboration looked at over-represented cuisines by state and some of the results might surprise you. For instance, which states have disproportionate representations of Belgian, Pakistani and Taiwanese restaurants?
