March Madness is a title usually reserved for basketball brackets.
But in this town, it could easily be applied to Chicago’s mayoral election.
Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Cook County Commissioner Jesus “Chuy” Garcia are in a sprint toward the runoff April 7.
Just this week, voters got their first chance to see Emanuel and Garcia go one on one in a live televised debate, and Garcia aired his first commercial since the runoff started.
