Chicago fire officials are still investigating the cause of an apartment fire on the city’s South Side that killed four people, including three young children. Around 200 first responders arrived on Monday morning to help put out the fire and help those escape the burning building. Outside the burned out building, balloons, stuffed animals, cards and flowers now form a makeshift memorial to the victims of the fire. Police are questioning a person of interest but so far no charges have been filed.
