Governor Quinn and Senator Durbin will kick off the March on Springfield for Marriage Equality rally Tuesday to call for action on Senate Bill 10- the “Religious Freedom and Marriage Fairness Act,”- which would allow same sex marriage in the state. Windy City Times founder Tracy Baim is one of the organizers and she tells us what’s planned.
