Prom season has returned — and with it brings prom proposals and elaborate send-offs.
Every year high school juniors and seniors get to dress up and attend a formal dinner and dance with friends. For the young women attending prom, the costs can add up as they shop for the perfect dress, accessories and shoes to help them create long-lasting memories.
