Global Activist and policy graduate Tricia Martinez started Basic Transfer because she believes that “policy solutions are not driven by potential impact for the individual or the ability to influence large-scale change, rather they are driven by political agendas.” Her vision is to utilize technology for basic cash transfers, lifting women and their children out of extreme poverty.
