After traveling the globe as a student with Semester at Sea in 2007, Ben Justus was inspired to take his hospitality background and apply it in a way that he felt would be more meaningful. He started the nonprofit Everything’s Gonna Be Okay Mission, or EGBOK. EGBOK aims to help disadvantaged young people in Cambodia develop valuable life skills while also introducing them to the ins and outs of the hospitality industry. EGBOK founder and executive director Ben Justus joins us to talk about the young people EGBOK works with and the work that they do.
