Gov. Pritzker Unveils Plan For Legal Recreational Pot

Illinois is now one step closer to legalizing recreational marijuana.

Gov. JB Pritzker has unveiled a 522-page proposal that would allow adults 21 and over to legally buy cannabis and grow up to five marijuana plants at home, among other things.
