With snow possible Saturday, and Sunday night lows potentially dropping to around 25 degrees, some homeless people in Chicago are starting to fear what this winter has in store for them. Maria and Joseph Murray, who live in a tent below the Lawrence Avenue viaduct in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood, say that during the week they can usually duck into a nearby hospital or city warming centers to escape the freeze. But on weekends, those options are closed.
